This is a yoga practice designed to induce an alpha state (calm, clear thinking & feeling) and to encourage self-awareness, self-responsibility and importantly, self-kindness. We start a little active to release the day, then ebb into slow movement matched to rhythmic breathing. We flow through around10 vinyasa (sequence of simple movements) before a deep relaxation. […]
