The Bastille Day French Festival Melbourne and the Alliance Française are delighted to host:
PAUL TAYLOR presenting his comedy show #FRANGLAIS
Stand up comedy 50% in French et 50% en anglais.
How many kisses do you have to do when saying hello?
Pourquoi y-a-t’il 15 jours dans 2 semaines?
Why are French anglicisms not real English words?
Ce sont des questions que Paul Taylor se pose tous les jours. Paul is a bilingual Brit confused about his identity. Il parle français comme un Froggy mais il pense comme un Rosbif. This is why, in 2015, he quit his job at Apple to take to the stage and find some answers.
Since he began posting videos on his YouTube channel that make fun of everything that French people hold sacred, Paul Taylor has become an absolute sensation in France. He’s now got a weekly three-minute prime-time TV spot on the popular French channel Canal+ called ‘What the F*** France’ and is currently touring his new comedy show #FRANGLAIS.
We’re delighted to welcome Paul to the Alliance Française and the Bastille Day Festival for two of his only three Australian shows!
