Songbird – A Musical Tribute to Eva Cassidy

Accomplished vocalist and performer Anouska Taylor is proudly presenting her hugely successful musical tribute to Eva Cassidy at the Alex Theatre, St Kilda for one night only. This show has already played to packed audiences across leading Melbourne venues.

For this special live music show, Anouska will be supported by a fantastic 8-piece live band and together they will perform some of Eva Cassidy’s most iconic musical arrangements with a unique creative twist including classics such as Chain of Fools, Ain’t No Sunshine, Bridge Over Troubled Water and Songbird.

American vocalist and guitarist Eva Cassidy was renown for her interpretations of jazz, soul, blues, gospel and folk and she remains one of Anouska’s biggest influences.

Eva Cassidy rose to fame posthumously and sold over 4 million records worldwide. She was an extraordinary vocal talent with a remarkable ability to interpret and arrange songs in a truly unique and captivating way.
