What happens when a shy artist approaches strangers and asks them to make experimental art with her, “just for fun”? Rose Wintergreen decided to find out.

Coming from a background of perfectionism and overachievement, Rose Wintergreen is an artist and award-winning musician captivated by the idea of letting go.

After suffering extreme social isolation from PTSD following a series of traumatic events, she wanted to draw herself a brighter and more playful world (proving to herself in the process that the world *is* a safe place after all) and to draw people together.

“Drawing With Strangers” is a joyful celebration of colour and connectedness featuring mixed media works on paper. All works are collaborative and made with strangers in public spaces!
