Storehouse – Sensational Gippsland Art and Artisans in St Kilda

Storehouse Opens in St Kilda

Locally produced artisan furniture, homewares, clothing and fine art

St Kilda, Victoria

2014 saw the opening of the Storehouse Koonwarra, a lifestyle store that thrives in Melbourne’s South Gippsland region, drawing interest for its prominent position within, and dedication to, the Gippsland art and design scene.

Little sister, Storehouse St Kilda recently opened on the budding corner of Inkerman and Barkly Street, occupying a stunning three-store shopfront with large windows, beautiful light and quirky and appealing presentation throughout.

Showcasing locally made artisan furniture, homewares, lighting, apparel, accessories, jewellery, books and diverse artwork by renowned Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland based artists, Storehouse St Kilda is a carefully curated space.

Defined by their devotion to well crafted product and loyal relationship to all artisans, makers and suppliers, a visit to the Storehouse will leave you with a strong appreciation for the quality of hand crafted product, and the passion and consideration of their makers.
