Yoga at 4Dverse is suited to both beginners and more advanced yoga practitioners. The style of class is a slow flow with emphasis on the classical elements of breath, meditative awareness and asana. Beginners will find the gentle pace of the class helps clarify postures and allows them to ease into a yoga practice. More advanced students will find the emphasis on breath and mindful awareness allows them to deepen the meditative aspects of yoga and to bring a new awareness and discernment to the form and energetics of asana practice. $10/$7 concession
Michael Green is a certified hatha yoga teacher and has over 30 years of yoga and meditation practice.
